TERMS:
* Enter to win our Best Window & Door Company sweepstakes. No purchase necessary to participate in this promotion. No sales presentation necessary to participate in this promotion.

* Enter this contest by visiting the Best Window & Door Company Offices at 501 Broad Street, Johnstown, Pa, 15906 or 1266 West Pike Street, Clarksburg, West Virginia 26301, to complete our sweepstakes entry form. Also enter the sweepstakes online. Sweepstakes entry may also be done at time of in-home demonstration with a Best Window & Door Company Sales Representative or its designees. Entry is also available at remote designee locations.

* Winners will be drawn on June 15, 2010. Each winner will be determined by a random drawing of all entries received during the promotional period.

* Entries must be received between January 1, 2009 – May 31, 2010.

* The odds of winning any prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of prize drawing.

* Best Window & Door Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this or any Best Window & Door Company promotion without notice at any time.

* All winners will be notified by phone and by certified mail within 15 working days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and re-selection of an alternate winner.

* No more than one entry per household. The address on the entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed.

* All prizes will be awarded.

* Void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation.

* Selected winner must be at least 18 years of age and a legal residence of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, New Jersey, Maryland, Tennessee, or Virginia.

* Selected winner must own the residence all prizes are to be installed.

* The location prize is to be installed must be within the geographic area that Best Window & Door Company or its approved designee is permitted to install such prize(s).

* Best Window & Door Company or its designees is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged, or late entries.

* Best Window & Door Company employees and its designees are not eligible to enter or win this sweepstakes.

* Winner's home must be in suitable condition for product(s) installation (e.g. no water, mold, structural damage, etc). Any water proofing, remediation, or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as deemed necessary by Best Window & Door Company or its designees in their discretion) must be performed at owner's expense.

* Only cash differences will be awarded to homeowners who have previously replaced all windows and doors with Best Window & Door products prior to winning contest. All other winners who may have received new window or door products from other companies must receive Best Window products installed before any cash awards will be considered.

* In the event the Sweepstakes fails to attract a desired sizeable group of interested contestants as determined by Best Window & Door Company, Best Window & Door Company Reserves the right to halt, discontinue, cancel, or stop this Sweepstakes promotion.
